Chad, always the accomodating gent (took my Carnival entry *very* late), over at Commonwealth Conservative, hits a home run with the successful launch of the Virginia Blog Carnival.

Many of my readers are already familiar with the Carnival of the Vanities, a forum to highlight some of the best blog posts that may have been overlooked over the last week. I'm very proud to host the Virginia Blog Carnival here in its inaugural week. I think you'll enjoy reading some blogs that may not be on your regular blog reading list yet. There are some great bloggers out there.
